I just wonder at times what is it about marriages that make you feel so happy and eager to dress up. Is it that you're actually feeling all festive types or is it just the environment? Whatever the reason, I sure feels nice to be a 'wedding environment'. It is so much fun. Be it the clothes, makeup or the food; everything is fantastic!
It was my very own cousin's marriage on the Sunday and I was feeling all traditional. But then I wanted something I would also be comfortable in, so I played it safe and wore a salwar suit and not a saree. :D
I've always loved colours(except in my teenage which was my "only black phase.. hehehe :P), right from the time I was a kindergarten kid. Plus, I've always been this girl who loves being all girly and cutesy. (The tomboy phase was my teenage. :D) So, now that I've crossed that phase, my likes have evolved too. Yes, I do love Indo-western styling, but then, I LOVE EVERYTHING INDIAN; EVERYTHING DESI. They add such a special touch to your outfit. :)
So, for the first time ever, I make my OUTFIT POST. *super excited* :D
It was the dress I wore for my cousin's reception. (Yeah, I know its way too simple for a reception. But hey, I love the salwar even though its a little too loose for me!! :))
